Start at Marketplace in Fallen Village
In Chapter 3 — Rendezvous, travel to the Marketplace Lantern in Fallen Village. Walk toward the water and the fire in the distance. Enter the house with crying sounds and an empty cradle; it is also on the left of the blue grapple-jump point.
Approach the cradle to start Lullaby.
Pick up the Weathered Key
Go through the house’s back door into the yard. Deal with the enemies there and pick up the Weathered Key from the ground.
The key is outside the cradle house. You do not need to get inside the locked house across the river to obtain it.
Open the house across the river
- Return to the Marketplace Lantern.
- Backtrack toward the previous area.
- After passing the Volunteer, turn right and follow the route to its end.
- Look across the river for the house, then jump over to its door.
- Use the Weathered Key to unlock it.
Inside, take the Toy from the bed.
Return the Toy to the cradle
Go back to the house where you started Lullaby. Interact with the empty cradle to place the Toy.
This completes Lullaby and rewards you with Tomorrow’s Promise Amber.
If you are at the wrong door
The Weathered Key opens the house across the river, reached by turning right after the Volunteer. This route does not use the Storage Key.
If you already have the Toy but the quest is unfinished, return to the original cradle and place it there. Collecting the Toy is only the middle of the quest.
